Cult of the Lamb HQ is the location in Cult of the Lamb where the Followers will live, work, and worship, and where the majority of gameplay outside of Crusades takes place. On the world map, it will take the name of whatever the player decided to name their cult. Ratau will guide the Lamb here after they're first resurrected and instruct them on the basics of running their cult.

The site once belonged to Ratau and his cult, but fell to ruin when he abandoned his position. When initially encountered, it's filled with rubble and trees, which are up to the Lamb and their followers to clear. After constructing the Shrine, Cooking Fire, and Temple, whatever other buildings and decorations exist are up to the player.

To the North is a hub that contains gates to the four major areas: Darkwood, Anura, Anchordeep, and Silk Cradle.
