Fleece of the Berserker
The Fleece of the Berserker is an unlockable post-game Fleece. It was added as part of the Relics of the Old Faith version 1.2.0 update.
Description
A feathered fleece with a single red circle for a clasp, held up with a black strap across the user's shoulders.
Strategy
Similar to the Golden Fleece, but has a more immediate and powerful effects that is equivalent to killing 180 enemies without getting hit, at the expense of starting with a half heart. Unlike the Golden Fleece, this only affects Weapons damage and not Curses. This can allow the player to kill bosses within seconds if they are adept at avoiding attacks.
There are several ways to mitigate the downside and improve survivability. Paean can still provide spirit hearts. Certain Tarot Cards can provide ways of gaining blue hearts. Tarot cards that increase movement and attack speed can also allow the player to kill enemies before they have a chance to attack back. The Divine Guardian Curse can provide invincibility when expecting damage.
