A type of cultist found in Anura.
Description
The enemies are phantom-like cultists, clothed in red robes. They are locked in golden chains, with one red eye peeking out.
Behavior
The cultists make other enemies completely invincible. Those enemies can not be damaged until the cultist is killed. They can also teleport around.
